Piles, also known as hemorrhoids,( Bawaseer in Hindi) are clusters of vascular tissue (eg, arterioles, venules, arteriolar-venular connections), smooth muscle (eg, Treitz muscle), and connective tissue lined by the normal epithelium of the anal canal and lower rectum.
